2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at jerry_suratos@yahoo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges
